Return and Refund Policy
At Aroma by ASA, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. Since our products fall under personal care and cosmetics, we maintain a strict policy to ensure hygiene and safety standards for all our customers.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase:
1. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility: We only accept returns or exchanges if the product you received is damaged during transit, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the perfume bottle must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel by emailing us or contacting our customer support team with photographic or video proof of the damage/wrong item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preference regarding the scent profile (we highly recommend reading the notes listed in the description before purchasing).

Products that have been opened, sprayed, or used.

Sale items or purchases made using promotional discount codes.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received it.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5-7 business days.
4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), Aroma by ASA will cover the return shipping costs.

For any other approved exchanges, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
