1. Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after your order is confirmed.

• Standard Shipping Time: Once dispatched, your parcel will reach your doorstep within:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other Regions & Remote Areas: 4 to 6 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

3. Payment Methods

To make your shopping experience seamless, we offer multiple payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when your parcel arrives.

• Advance Payment via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or Email. You can use this number to track your journey on our logistics partner's website.

5. Damaged or Misplaced Shipments

We pack our luxury perfume bottles with extreme care using high-grade bubble wrap. However, if your bottle gets broken or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video proof, and we will send you a replacement immediately.
